FMHO 3052: Statement of Additional Optional Coverages Not Included in the Renter's Insurance Policy


Your standard renter's insurance policy does not cover all risks. You may need to obtain additional insurance to cover loss or damage to your personal property and your liability or to cover the risks related to business or personal activities on your property.

This statement provides a list of the types of additional insurance coverages that are available. Contact your Sales Representative to discuss these optional coverages.

In addition to the coverages that are part of the standard Tenant's insurance policy, we offer the following additional coverages that you may choose to purchase:

FMHO 753 Personal Property Replacement Cost Coverage - provides replacement cost coverage for a covered loss to your personal property without deduction for depreciation.
FMHO 3001 & FMHO 3002 Backup of Sewer and Sump Pump Overflow Coverage - provides coverage for loss caused by water that backs up through Sewers and drains that is not a result of your negligence.
HO 04 61 Scheduled Personal Property - provides additional coverage for your personal property indicated by an amount of insurance as scheduled.
FMHO 2382 Identity Fraud Expense Coverage - provides coverage for unlawful use of insured's identification.
HO 04 35 Loss Assessment - coverage is added to pay your share of any loss assessment charged against you by a corporation or association of property owners when the assessment is made as a result of loss to the property.
HO 04 36 Loss Assessment - Earthquake - coverage is added to pay your share of any loss assessment charged against you by a corporation or association of property owners when the assessment is made as a result of loss to the property caused by earthquake or after a volcanic eruption.
HO 24 52 Maryland Coverage for Lead Liability - Limited Lead Liability Coverage for that Portion of Your Dwelling Rented to Others.
H0 04 77 Ordinance or Law Coverage - additional percentage of coverage, as provided in this endorsement, for the enforcement of any ordinance or law regulating the construction, repair, or demolition of a building or other structure.
HO 24 43 Permitted Incidental Occupancies - Other Residence - provides limited coverage for listed business on the endorsement conducted by an "insured" on your specified premises.
HO 04 42 Permitted Incidental Occupancies - Residence Premises - provides limited coverage for the business listed on the endorsement that is conducted by an "insured" on the residence premises.
HO 04 40 Structures Rented to Others - Residence Premises - provides coverage for listed structures located on the "residence premises" that are rented or held for rental to any person, who is not a tenant of the dwelling, for use as a private residence.
FMHO 938 Watercraft Liability - provides limited liability and medical payments coverage for watercraft that you own.
FMHO 839 Scheduled Glass- the policy may be endorsed to cover items of glass on a scheduled basis only.
HO 24 96 Exclusion of Farm Employees Illegally Employed - Farm employees employed in violation of law.
HO 24 73 Farmers Personal Liability - provides coverage when the insured has a farm away from the residence premises and farming is not his primary occupation.
HO 24 72 Incidental Farming Personal Liability - provides coverage for the liability of the insured when farming is conducted on the residence premise and is incidental to the use of the premise as a dwelling or when farming is conducted at the location specified in the endorsement. The income derived from farming cannot be the insured's primary source of income.
HO 24 13 Incidental Motorized Land Conveyances - provide Liability and Medical payment coverage for certain motorized land conveyances ( i.e. motorized wheelchairs) with a 15 MPH maximum attainable speed, which are not subject to motor vehicle registration.
HO 04 10 Additional Interests - Residence Premises- in addition to the mortgagee (if any) shown on the declaration, the additional interests listed on the endorsement will be notified in writing if the insurer decides to cancel or non-renew the policy.
HO 23 38 Home Day Care Coverage - Maryland - provides coverage for the insured's Home Day Care "business" conducted by an "insured" on the "residence premises," subject to certain restrictions.
FMHO 700 Musical Instruments - Professional Use - provides coverage, subject to certain restrictions, for musical instruments used in a professional manner.
HO 04 50 Increased Limit on Personal Property In Other Residence - provides increased coverage to the insured's personal property situated at an insured's residence that is not the primary residence premises.
HO 04 52 Livestock Collision Coverage - to cover loss resulting in death of covered livestock resulting from collision or overturn of a vehicle on which the livestock are being transported; or livestock turning into or being struck by a vehicle.
HO 24 82 Personal Injury - provides liability coverage for personal injury to Others. Also, false arrest, libel or invasion of privacy may be added to the Homeowners policy.
HO 24 64 Snowmobile - provides coverage when a snowmobile is used off the insured location.
HO 24 74 Three of Four Family Dwelling - Premises Liability - For an additional premium, Liability and Medical Payments to Others is extended to a 3 or 4 family dwelling.
HO 04 53 Credit Card, Fund Transfer Card, Forgery and Counterfeit Money Coverage - Increased Limit - increases the limit of liability for Additional Coverage 6., Credit Card, Fund Transfer Card, Forgery, and Counterfeit Money.
FMHO 696 Small Boat and Motor Form - eliminates the $1000 coverage limitation for small boats, motors, boat trailers and related accessories; allows them to be added to the homeowners policy for stated amounts of liability subject to certain coverage restrictions.
HO 04 92 Specific Structures Away From The Residence Premises- coverage can be provided for a specific structure located away from the residence premise if use by you in connection with the residence premise.
FMHO 689 Contact Lens Form - provides coverage for contact lenses on a scheduled basis.
HO 04 12 Increased Limits on Business Property - provides a way to increase the special limit of liability that applies to business property on and off the residence premises.
HO 04 80 Resident Rental Theft - extends theft coverage while the portion of the residence premises usually occupied by the insured is occasionally rented in whole or in part to others, or while there is a rental to a roomer or boarder.
FMHO 687 Personal Gun Form - provides coverage for scheduled guns and gun accessories.
HO 04 98 Refrigerated Products - provides up to $500 in coverage for direct loss of covered property stored in freezers or refrigerators on your premises.
FMHO 746 Home Computer Endorsement - provides coverage for your computer equipment, as defined in this endorsement, against risk of direct physical loss.
HO 24 70 Additional Residence Rented to Others - provides liability and medical payments coverages to rental residences for 1 to 4 family dwellings.
HO 24 71 Business Pursuits - provides liability protection resulting from the insured's "business" activities conducted on the residence premises.
HO 04 54 Earthquake - Provides coverage for direct physical loss by Earthquake.
HO 04 49 Building Additions and Alterations - Other Residence - provides coverage for additions, alterations and improvements, made or acquired at an insured's expense to a part of a building that is rented to an "insured" as a residence and at the location shown in the schedule.
HO 04 65 Coverage C Increased Special Limits of Liability - Specified Peril - Increases the Special Limits of Liability under Coverage C - Personal Property on a named peril basis.
HO 04 51 Building Additions and Alterations - provides coverage for additions, alterations and improvements, made or acquired at your expense to the part of your premises used exclusively by you.
